With over 15 years in occupational therapy, she has focused on workplace and occupational rehabilitation within the rehabilitation provider setting. Jessica excels in supervising, mentoring, and training fellow Occupational Therapists, emphasising meticulous delivery of medicolegal reports. Her deep understanding of workers' compensation and personal injury legislation informs her expertise across diverse conditions and injuries, particularly in managing complex cases.

Throughout his 15 year career, Dominic has provided services to individual clients, organisations, lawyers, insurers, and regulators. Over the past four years, his work has encompassed rehabilitation counselling, psychological health and safety incident investigations, audits of psychosocial risk systems and legislative compliance, and expert witness reporting related to workers' compensation acts, civil litigation, and WHS Acts and Codes of Practice across VIC, NSW, and QLD. Additionally, Since early 2018 he has held the strategic direction of ASORC as a Director, continuing to support the Rehabilitation Counselling profession, along with sitting on the Standards Australia committee for Human Resources.

As a Registered Psychologist with over 22 years of experience, Tatjana specialises in corporate health, return-to-work programs and managing complex psychological claims. She has collaborated extensively with individuals and organisations to promote workplace wellness and mitigate psychological risks. Tatjana's involvement in standards development includes serving on the Standards Australia Committee for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. Currently, she serves as President of the Qld Council for the Australian Rehabilitation Providers Association, sits on the NSW Council, and is actively engaged in initiatives such as the Health Benefits of Good Work campaign.
